Hi y'all,

Daisy and Duke are scheduled for their first pro grooming appt next Tuesday. I made the appt at a place near to home called the Pampered Puppy. I want their first experience to be at a place that is a bit quieter than our local Petsmart.

After making the appt I was trying to remember how old my Indie was when I first had her groomed. Sadly I cannot remember since that was about 14 years ago.

How old was your baby at their first groomer visit? Do you think pups personality has to come into play? Daisy is quite chill about most everything while Duke is strung tight as a guitar string. Lol

Of course I have been trimming their nails and trimming the hair that gets in their eyes and bathing them so they are used to being groomed at home. Daisy does well and Duke acts like I am trying to murder him.

Thoughts?
