Thats the problem! There are so many irrespondible pet owners that make it hard on the rest of us! When I take Enzo for a walk, I take a flipping roll of doggie bags, cause it never fails he will go more than once depending on the length of our walk...and it also never fails come hell or high water, we will walk beside a HUGE pile that someone else's dog did, sometimes right in the middle of the sidewalk!!
And not Yorkie size poo either, I'm talking Great Dane size! It annoys the crap out me (no pun intended)
