I was amazed at how the swelling in his head is almost gone, however he will go to the speciality rehab hospital without the bone flap put back for now. Neuro surgeon said he won't put the bone back in until all the bruising is gone.
OK...now for the wonderful news that made me bawl like a baby! They had a cap on the trach because it wasn't being used, Pat spoke "hi" and "love you" to me!!!! I needed to hear Pat's voice more than anything and it was the most wonderful gift I will ever receive, Praise God. | Oh Yay! Now I'm crying happy tears again! God is Good! |
