That part of the yard is the parkway and although we get the privilage of maintaining it,if the city decided that they needed a wider road there you cannt do a thing about it. So actually your dog pooped on the city's property.
Kinda like the stop signs in the Walmart parking log are just suggestions because it is private property. |
