Rosie is home and immediately her and Luma were sniffing and licking each other. Set up the ex pen right next to me and she is sleeping on her cloud nine. She drank some, and ate a few nibbled of wet food, peed, and already wants to be on the couch with me.
They said she did great! Except when they were sewing her up, somehow a blood vessel popped or something...? So the incision site looks pretty scary, like a huge bruise.
She is shaky and walking around like a drunkard but she's okay. They gave me a week's worth of syringes with pain meds already drawn out. They switched it to a stronger dose because she was showing signs of being in a lot of pain.
Thanks for all the well wishes and good vibes! Rosie appreciates it as well! Having done it already with Luma it was so much less stressful this time and I just smiled so big when they brought her out to me and those little angel eyes saw mommy!!! I love her so much!
