I dont like what the owners are doing, but I blame the breeder for the situation this puppy is caught up in now. The puppy was placed in a situation by the breeder.....a RUNT placed by a breeder in a home with children?????????? Thank God the puppy is still alive and can even BE rehomed. Hopefully, the breeder will consider the situation she is placing this little fella in and place the baby in a home WITHOUT KIDS!!! Because now, the pup is probably not ever going to be comfortable around kids and should not be put in that situation again! Shame on the breeder for doing this to that puppy in the first place.
