My yorkie, Guido, doesn't understand the word "NO." He sometimes barks at people when we're walking. (Especially kids/small children) He barks at the TV sometimes, and other random things that he is unsure of. He is the sweetest little thing but if he notices something/someone foreign he freaks out. He also occasionally chews the baseboards... He should be out of that stage at 9 months old I would think. I just can't seem to discipline him. If I say no in a stern voice he completely ignores me and it doesn't even phase him. How do you get your yorkies attention?
