I've seen multiple people raving about the virtues of coconut oil as a grooming aid. Can someone please explain to me just how to use it?

Do you use it before the bath or after? If you use it before, how long do you keep it in before shampooing?

Do you use it between baths when you are brushing?

Anything else I am missing?
