Aw! I agree... they are or can freakishly tune into our feelings. Like they intuitively 'know' just what we're feeling... and react accordingly! My old guy still amazes me... he can look at my face from across the room and tell what mood I'm in! He's done this since he was a 5 YO (when I adopted him)... he's now 16.5 YO.

That's why, in many threads, you may read "I don't want my dog to know how upset I am", and that's a job in itself! In any other forum, that statement (or the poster) seems a bit 'off', lol, but here at YT, it's totally understandable and can actually be a big problem, as Yorkies can become ill just due to stress.
