Great reminder. Another suggestion would be to purchase an inexpensive weekly medication holder so yo can see if today's medications have been given or not. Most grocery stores sell them for about a buck.
Another thing we used to do in the olden days of nursing was affix a blank sticker to a bottle and when we took something out, we would write the date on it.
