I dipped my finger into her bowl (several times) with her sitting by me. She took a few drops off my finger tip before she tried on her own.

Do as the vet says- make her meals smaller too so she doesn't get sick (smaller and offer meals often, like every few hours). The vet explained that her insides were moved around during the spay, so her digestive system will be a little upset. (tummy and intestines) They had me watching for peeing and pooping. If she has any trouble with these, call the vet.

It sounds like she's doing fine. Sleeping will help her heal. I was so glad to have the spay over. That's the worst! All the worrying before, then feeling silly after for worrying! LOL! But they're our babies, and deserve to get the mommy worry from us, don't they?
