He is only 4mo's old.He barely has his chi chi beans starting to show. I have never dealt with the marking thing. I just lost the last of my 3 male dogs a few months ago and they lived to be 14 - 15 years old all hunting dogs and all house dogs, there was never a power struggle issue with them so I have no point of reference for "marking" behavior. Today I was watching him (like a hawk as usual) and he started to go into his crate, I though he was getting ready to pee so I was just about to grab him and he walked away from his crate. Then I saw a little half dollar size puddle. He had his front feet in the crate his back legs outside the crate and peed!!! Half in and half out. I couldn't tell he was going and then he was done. This is miserable, as much as I adore him if I had known that it would be this hard to house break him I would not have got him.
