Never is a Class E Felony, even if convicted, involve jail time; additionally, once it is plead down and an agreement etc., there is no probation either.

Again, none of her "pages" indicates to me that she is anything other than ignorant regarding Yorkies, complacent regarding the injuries and is a 28 year old self absorbed young single adult with 2 children who has worked at many jobs, relocated to Atlanta in the hopes of finding a better job, has no record, no money and no credit. Her family and friends are well aware of the situation and are also trying to help. I don't know that she has bought a house...I doubt it.

I personally would never ever donate to anyone other than directly to a vet, which I have many many many times. I have gone so far as to ask people with similar pages the name of their vet so I could call to them to donate, no one has ever said no, until now.

I hope, that if she does get the money she is asking for that she uses it the way it is intended. I hope that if she comes back here she realizes that we only care about the pup...I am sickened thinking that this poor thing is suffering....

I have said many times that I would never look up personal information and post it, often times I find way more info then I intend and I don't post it. I am also aware that legally there are things that, even under the "anonymous" user name here on YT that if you post you can be held accountable and be sued etc... You can ask Admin directly if you want, but that is indeed the case. While some records may be public information, they can not be relinked, recopied, reposted.

Additionally, regardless of how rare a name is there are almost always people with the same name. It is very important to verify your information before posting it. Last week another member found info. on BYB, very rare name; I was able to point out to the member that it was NOT the person they thought it was, just the same name.

Even when dealing with the scum of the earth byb's and greeders I refrain from posting information you can readily find, if your looking.

Finally, I would not donate to this person regardless at this point....I would donate to the pup, if she surrendered it to a Rescue.
You asked her for your vet info and she said no?
Also I"m left to wonder, how did she afford to buy a yorkie pup in the first place?
