I wasn't the one that posted the information about the court case… maybe she has her reasons for doing that. However I think if you start a thread as the OP did you are opening the door for that sort of stuff.
Wouldn't you rather know before you gave her money? If I was thinking of helping her out, I would be glad someone posted that type of information, as I would hate to be set up like that.
