There is a $1500 discrepancy between what we will pay and what they want for it. We'll see how this plays out.
I think they will give in because they don't come up at all anymore and to move things out of there for $1500 would be more a hassle for them than just accepting $15500. I could be wrong though. Keeping my fingers crossed!
