When I was about 7-8, we lived in this house that had a ghost in it. We thought it was the old man that died there before we moved in. I swear I saw him once... Also, I lived in a house where the woman that lived there before had died of cancer and she had a negative energy though because her husband cheated on her while she was being treated at the hospital (that's what my mother had said, anyway)
I don't think you can really do anything. You can always go to a medium? But those people are MOSTLY fake. Some are real, like Theresa Caputo (Long Island Medium on TLC). Well, I think she is.

Yup that's how my Dad looked- it sounds so silly when you explain it, but that is really what they look like. Its like a glowy white mesh cloud.. and it floats around. Whoever that was with you was a good energy. It could have been one of your past loved ones..
I love her, I want to talk with her!
