Agreed. A young dog maynot have problems but as they get older they may suffer problems "from" jumping = knees from impact. I have an ottoman by the couch and bed. So the jumps not so high. Because Moki will jump if its there or not. The bed is the problem. But using the ottoman cuts the jump in 1/2.
