That pup is afraid of men no doubt about it...it was probably a man tending to her cage....There are many good links and Montgomery has a good one that I will attach, and another good one...also...I would seriously consider, very seriously, a professional trainer, they are an expense but not as much as you think. This dog has been through horrific times and time is what she needs to come around. Sounds like your devoted to helping this pup...please don't give up....
