Hi all! This is my first post here on yorkietalk! My family & I now looking for our next male yorkie. Our, Max, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on 9/17/12 at 13-1/2 yrs. old. He was our first dog and it broke our hearts. : ( Our female yorkie, Mandy, who is 9, has been very lonely. So now we our ready for a new member to join our family. Looking for a male pup on the larger size. Max in his prime was 18 lbs. Mandy is 16 lbs. I know thru AKC, standard yorkies are less than 7 lbs. The only thing I can say is I did the wrong thing by purchasing both of them thru a pet store in a mall. This time I want to do it right. Please let me know ASAP since we are looking to bring home our baby "boy" home in September!
