Perhaps you can find help with these links. If not, I strongly urge you to contact a reputable rescue and surrender him for appropriate care. While I know it hurts to do that, he needs care ... good luck to you.

Oh, and if you choose a rescue, in Florida, I would suggest United Yorkie Rescue. They will fix the leg. Some groups will amputate and I find that to be disturbing. Feel free to message me if you need information.
