I can tell you when I began to lose weight, it came off pretty quickly in the beginning, and then slowed to one or two pounds a week. This quick loss you are experiencing may slow on it's own. But remember, "slow and steady wins the race"!! You are doing this to WIN my friend, and WIN you will!!

Teri, I apologize but I am proud of your hard work also. I just got so tied up in putting the right info down that I forgot to say that to you. You've been working hard - just make sure it isn't too hard. Like Glad said, you want to WIN.
Don't get discouraged if it slows down in coming off.
I only lose about 1 lb a week and sometimes not even that.
Keep up the good work.
