What you experienced as rude I read as frustration. Stick around YT and you will see multiple posters that "hit and run" with posts about sick and injured dogs who are looking for help instead of seeking qualified vet care. Then they leave in a huff when they are told to take the dog to a vet. It seems to be a weekly occurance lately.

I'm glad your little one is ok, and I hope your vet gave you information on what to be on the lookout for following a head injury.
