I would definitely take her to the emergency vet. It could be conjunctivitis, but that won't cause a fever nor should it make the eye milky appearing. It's possible she has a foreign body or something else going on in that eye. The other eye will be irritated in sympathy a lot of times. Milky appearing isn't good... can progress to loss of vision. Even if it is just conjuctivitis, she needs antibiotic ointment or drops or it will continue to worsen. Good luck & post an update after you see the vet, please. Welcome to YT!
