Bless you for taking this little girl in and taking such good care of her. I feed Royal Canin, but there are several good choices out there.
I'm hoping your Vet will make sure she's healthy enough for a spay. Is she eating good now, and what are you feeding?
Good Luck and baby steps.. don't rush her into too much too soon, you want her to trust you before a lot of stressful things are done to her.
