The old boy was in a right mood today everyone. I've learnt there's such things as
'on the floor days'. Older humans tend to drop much of what they pick up at these times, using strange words repetitively as they creak and groan trying to get hold of them?
Depending on the age of your human, you'll either know what I mean, or believe me its coming down your line one day! Anyway, I was interrupted in the middle of destroying something or other, so went to help out. I do this by waiting until he's got to 90% of the staged retrieval scoop and then grabbing the errant article for him. He then has to cop me to get it back, it's very good for him! I'm only trying to help out her and at least he knows where it is, whilst he gets some exercise,
so win win for Dad! He doesn't seem to share this view as I resort to the 'come and get me' game,
my favorite incidentally. What's with all this
'come here' and then
'come here you little (****?)' - sorry don't understand this final bit.
Anyway, a bit worried he might conk out on me, finally I give it to him,
otherwise he won't want to play again? Do I get thanked, or even acknowledged, nope. In fact he got so grumpy one day that I put his lens cap in my 'grotto'. This is a truly inaccessible place where I shove things in very tightly with my front paws to make sure their presence in the known world ends for a long time!
