I'm don't know how old your little one is but definitely confine her to a smaller area. I've always tried to put something with my smells so they don't freak out too much. She will probably sleep most of the time while you are gone but it's always difficult to leave them. Remeber, they have no concept of time so 5 minutes is just as long to them as 5 hours. It's harder on us than them. She'll be fine.
