I feed my little one omega oil from the bottle and I follow the directions pretty much and I do know she really likes it! Started using it with Dr. Fosters & Smith's Biotin powder, since it was suppose to help with the itching. I am not sure if it does that so much, but she likes it. The oil is Dr. Foster's Vita Caps liquid, and I give her what the directions say! Gyspy weighs more at about 7lbs.
