A Yorkie should have lost most of their baby teeth around 6 months or so. Sometimes, a baby tooth will not fall out before the adult tooth comes in. This is what is known as a retained tooth. It will eventually need to come out to keep the permanent teeth from being over crowded and prone to dental disease.
