Just wanted to give you guys an update. With all the inconsistent info I was getting with this guy, I decided to call the shelter to find out what was happening and whether it was a no kill shelter. If it wasn't, I was going to start adoption papers...
Long story short, it IS a no kill shelter. The lady I spoke with was VERY nice and basically said puppies get adopted quickly. She also added that puggles are quite popular so he'll most likely find a home very very soon.
But as a back up plan, I've relayed the shelter info to the person that was originally interested. I haven't heard back from her yet and I offered to pay for the adoption/neutering fee if by chance that was holding her up.
I have a good feeling I won't have to do that... and so, to celebrate I will be donating the $200 for the adoption fee to the animal shelter.
I was so upset that I slept maybe 2 hrs last night. Getting a positive response like this is such a big relief. Now I'm feeling extremely sleepy. LOL
