Well, are you ready???? Today's weight is 204! I've lost 3 and a half pounds this week. OK, now I"m going to say something I never thought I would hear coming from my lips: Glad, am I losing too fast? I'm just following about 1200 to 1400 calories a day. I follow low fat, good carbs. I'm mostly eating lots of fresh fruit and veggies with a little protein at each meal. I've heard that it's not good to lose too fast, but what exactly is not good about it? Will the weight come back on too easily or what? I've really been good and I think part of it is that I used to eat about 3,000 or more calories a day. What's your thoughts?
