Thanks Topknot for your thoughts. I am struggling to understand all of the ramifications of this bill even with the updates.
I totally agree with your statement about AKC as many of the "puppymills" had AKC status
Even they have said they don't have enough people to investigate all complaints.
The other piece I don't understand is the USDA and their role.
