Vomiting yellow bile usu means an empty stomach but a dog can vomit bc they're allergic/intolerant of an ingredient in a food too. Turbo used to throw up bile & sometimes his food & I found out it was pumpkin. Some dogs do not do well w/a lot of fiber, making them throw up. If she's getting any treats, I would stop that 1st. If she stops vomiting, then it was something in the treats. You can also feed her a little food b4 bedtime so she doesn't wake up w/an empty stomach.
When was her last check up, full blood panel, urinalysis? It's best to rule out any underlying diseases. |
