she may be terrified of being crated, esp if she was as a pup. Can you put her in an expen at night with just her bed and a fabric peepad? You can get them in almost any store that has a baby section. expens are on amazon. Just enough room for her bed and the pad. Nothing more. You can tape the fabric pad down. (I will say if you can get a hospital pad they are excellent)Open on the top so she doesn't feel crated but cozy. Sometimes big spaces overwhelm them. Also if they have the ability to just pee/poo at night without going outside in the dark it may lesson anxiety of having an accident.
