I always cook pork or beef ribs on stove top covered with coke or Pepsi, low heat,it takes hours as I always fix a lot to freeze and have later. They come out so tender, have Heated bbq sauce heated and put ribs in turning them several times with the bbq sauce and let set for half hour then put on bbq or bake in oven short time uncovered. everyone raves how tender and tasty they are. |
