I can't believe that they are allowed to go on breeding and selling! We made a valiant effort about 10 years ago to rid the Yorkie world of Jeff Dane, but he wasn't breaking any laws. It makes me sick to see his brother is doing the same thing! However, from the sound of things in 09, the dogs were mistreated. How does this continue? Where is the State's Inspectors?
