Reputable breeders work very hard for there lines so they will not just stud out to anyone and they will not give every puppy open AKC papers. Reputable breeders will also not breed yorkies with a fault like being golden. A reputable breeder breeds to better the breed that means only using yorkies who follow the standard. She also lets the puppies go before 12 weeks. Have you checked out the YTCA.Org?
