Okie dokie all you sewing gurus. I have a question.
How do you make the scrunched part of the skirt. Like where the top meets the skirt, is it possible to do on a machine? I'd like to try it! I'm attempting a onsie conversion and want to add a little flair to the bottom without its looking like a mess or a blob.
Any help is appreciated!!! Anyone willing to make a video? Hehe just kidding....maybe
