I took just a very quick look & the highlighted part of this statement is a pretty big "red flag" to me: All of the puppies have a vet check, tails and dew claws removed, will have open AKC registered papers, current vaccines, shot record, 1 year health certificate.

I know I posted links to the Yorkietalk library in your other thread so I won't do it again, but I DO highly recommend reading the info found there because it will give you a better understanding of things to be on the lookout for.
