Well if I understand you correctly you gave on the same day a 6 in one shot and rabies??
If so please read here on the vaccination protocol by Dr Jean Dodds. Your gal looks tiny and for sure should have had shots separated. Rabies is usually given alone for the small breeds.
Also please make sure your vet knows her previous re-action to rabies vaccine.
Consider if you can titers going forward.
