Your hot mess looks just like Tatiana without her hair done! Lol! Ewww that looks like it would be sore. I don't have any advice but Leiloni is pretty tiny and maybe should have smaller amounts of vaccine. My Tameka that passed has a similar reaction to a vaccine. She had a large swelling which was very tender and had to be on antibiotics, too. The vet at the time said...."Maybe I should have given her a smaller dose" needless to say, I never went back to that vet!
I always have my vet give Benedryl before an injection. They give this each time, wait about 15-20 minutes for it to start working and then give the vaccine.
