I think it depends on how sensitive you are. I guess I'm one of those few that don't bring the pups to bed. I'm somewhat sensitive to sound/light so my room is like a cave. If I have Magnus/Zoey with me, I know I won't be well rested b/c they will move around in the middle of the night to either change sleeping positions or move to another spot.

I do take naps with them in the livingroom sofa... Naps I don't care as much about so it doesn't matter if it was a good/bad nap. LOL
