Hi and welcome to YT. You came to the right place. I really don't have any experience with the situation you described. But I wanted to say thanks for rescuing Harley. I can't wait to see pictures of him. There are several people on this site who should be able to offer you some advice. In particular, yorkietalkjilly has a lot of knowledge about rescues and training. Hopefully she will see this thread.
