I'm curious as to how you license your dogs if they are exempt from rabies vaccination. Does your vet issue something that you take to your county to get a dog license? My county does random house checks to make sure you have licensed dogs, or they fine you.
My county just changed this year to a three year licensing practice to coincide with the 3 year rabies shot. Unfortunately, ZoE had her three year shot last year, so I still had to buy a one year license this year, and will have to buy a one year license next year, then the following year when she gets her 3 year rabies shot again, I can buy her a 3 year license.
