She is definitly not neglected. We love spoiling her. My mom loves her as well. She is getting loads of attention. The only problem has been with my mom is she keep making the mistake of calling Chloe, Lacey instead. After having Lacey for 13 and half years, my mom said it is a hard habit to break. I just don't want her to get confused on what her name is.
