That vet lost my Mandie's business very soon after getting her because they have no clue about small dogs..it was just clear to me. But Shelby has never had any issues and seems to like their kennel for boarding. After his last vet visit for a hot spot that I basically had to treat on my own for their lack of care and this new info, I'm just out of their door for good. Sheesh. |
You may or may not have a choice. Even if the state says the 3 year time frame is ok, local authorities can mandate every year. The best way to find out is to check with your animal control offices. They will be updated o the current laws that apply to you.
