My Zoey had legge calve parthes disease at 1yr 8 mos. I got three opinions and she had the surgery. The orthopedic surgeon kept her at his home for five days after surgery. He said they usually keep them longer but she was doing so well he sent her home. It was a LONG rehab but she recovered very well.
