Maybe hand the dog back and I wont press charges. This doesnt mean that the feds wont. She has to come out of the house at some time.
I understand wanting a furbaby so bad that you are willing to do most anything,,,short of breaking the law. But if this is a friend of the breeder and she did this,then there are deeper problems.
