I would train them together. Do you know which method you are going to use? Depending on their age and size, I would recommend piddle pad training indoors to start.

Yay Max ! ( I read your blog). I do the same thing. I get so excited when he goes outside. I am glad my neighbors do not live close. They really would laugh at me. And he gets a Cheerio as a treat.
I agree with Kristin. I would train them together. And start with potty pads. Also I would have your sister leave the pups with their mom for at least 12 weeks. Congrats and welcome to YT. Please post some pics of your new pups
