It absolutely should be taken seriously. And I'm sorry if it came across as downplaying it. But until the puppy is examined again and it's determined whether or not the murmur is still present there really isn't any reason for her to run from this breeder. From what she has posted, the breeder is being very transparent about what is going on so that she can make an educated decision on whether or not to bring this pup home. I'll give her kudos for that rather than trying to hide things.
