That sounds pretty good. And it does sound like the breeder is staying in close contact with you, and trying to do the best for her puppies and her future owners.

Grade1/2 Murmur especially when the pup is young can resolve very easily as they age. If the murmur is a function of growth asymmetries within the valvular/heart system.

I would ask the breeder though about any heart and or any health problems of the line she is breeding.
